Note -Documents are scanned pagewise so it may be possible that one document can have multiple scanned files. In this case download related multiple files.
Q.1: Which documents are avilable for download through application?
Ans: All the scanned documents available in eRecords except "City Survey Gaon Dharika" and "Birth Death Register".
Q.2: Is login required for Search?
Ans: Yes.
Q.3: How to create new Login?
Ans:Click on "New User Registration" and follow the steps on the screen.
Q.4: How to change the password?
Ans:Click on "Forgot Your Password" and follow the steps on the screen.
Q.5: On which parameters the document can be search?
Ans: The documents which are having numeric parameter value can be search to this application.
Q.6:What is difference between Basic Search and Advance Search?
Ans: In Basic Search only distict, tahsil, village and document types need to be selected and entered the value of any of the search parameter shown in label. While in Advance Search office, distict, tahsil, village, document types search feild,search value need to be selected.
Q.7:How to take search using basic search option?
Ans:Please follow the below steps:
1: Select District 2: Select Tahsil. 3: Select Village. 4: Select document type 5: Enter parameter value in english numeric (like 1, 10, 2 etc) 6: Click on search button to view the result. 7: The Search result is available pagewise, click on particular page to view the result.
Q.8:How to take search using advance search option?
Ans:Please follow the below steps:
1: Select Office. 2: Select District 3: Select Tahsil. 4: Select Village.5: Select document type 6: Select search parameter. 7: Enter parameter value in english numeric (like 1, 10, 2 etc) 8: Select the available parameter value. 9: Click on search button to view the result. 10: The Search result is available pagewise, click on particular page to view the result.
Q.9: When to use "Replan" Button?
Ans: At the time of changing the search criteria.
Q.10: How to request the document for download?
Ans: 1. After search result is available click on "Add To Cart" option.
2. After "Add to Cart" selection is over click on "Review Your Cart", you can also remove the selected files from the Cart.
3. Click on continue button(Continue button will check the availability of files on the storage, if files are not available on storage contact the concern office message will be shown as a popup).
4."Download Request Summary" Screen will be shown (you can also remove the selected files from the Cart).
Q.11: How to Download the scan document?
Ans: Click on "Download Available Files" button. (The available selected files will be downloaded as a single zip file)
Q.12: What is "Download History" option?
Ans: You can view the selected downloaded file details from this option and also can download the individual files. The History will be maintained for current 6 months.
Q.13: Request is given but document is not getting downloaded?
Ans: Following may be the reasons for the same.
1. Scan document is not available under eRecord_eSearch. 2. Tried download immediately after request is given.
Q.14: Not getting proper file after download?
Ans:Please contact to concern office for the same.
Q.15: How to Enable javascript on browser?
Ans:
Example:- Enable javascript on Internet Explorer:
1.Select the "Tools" menu.
2.Select "Internet Options"
3.Select the "Security" tab.
4.Click the "Custom Level.
5.Scroll down and change the Active Scripting setting.
6. select enable option.
7.Confirm the change.
8.Close "Internet Options".
9.JavaScript is now enabled.
10.Similar can be followed for other browsers.
